We act for the families of foreign nationals who died in contract military service in the Russian Armed Forces: payments, documents on the death and on kinship, and inheritance in Russia. The relatives' citizenship and the country where they live make no difference: we work remotely and under a power of attorney. Families from which countries do you help?
From any country. The right of a deceased serviceman's family to the payments does not depend on his citizenship or that of his relatives. We work with families living in Russia and abroad, including where the recipients live in different countries.
How is this practice different from Military registration and reservation?
Military registration and reservation serves employers: keeping military records of staff, reservation from mobilisation, inspections and disputes with the military commissariat. This practice serves service members' families: payments, documents and inheritance.
How much does the work cost?
It depends on the number of recipients, payments and countries the documents have to come from. The consultation is free of charge when an engagement agreement is signed: on it we say which payments the family is entitled to and in what order to claim them.
